21. HEALTH & HUMAN SERVICES:

A. Clinical Health Services: Take all appropriate action on Memorandum of Understanding between Fort Bend County and the following collaborative partners: Legacy Community Health, Houston Area Community Services, and Access Health regarding continuum of care for HIV prevention services.

B. Social Services: Take all appropriate action on request to submit electronic Letter of Intent to The Henderson-Wessendorff Foundation for grant funds in the amount of $25,000 with a cash match of $25,000 by the County to continue program coordination for the Fort Bend County Collaborative Information System. 22. INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY:

Take all appropriate action on request to transfer the amount of $185,673 from Non-Departmental Contingency into project account as detailed on Auditor's form dated July 28, 2016 to allocate funds for the Third Party Agreement with Tyler Technologies approved by Commissioners Court on June 7, 2016 to purchase and install redaction software.

23. OFFICE OF EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT:

Take all appropriate action on update to the Fort Bend County Emergency Operations Plan, Annex E, Evacuation.
