E. Take all appropriate action on Change Order to the Agreement between Fort Bend County and Houston-Galveston Area Council regarding the Major Thoroughfare Plan, to extend the contract by 92 days for a completion date of September 30, 2016.

Take all appropriate action on request for temporary road closure, pursuant to Section 251.011 of the Texas Transportation Code, of Grunwald Road during construction of the Kendleton Yard Switch Lead Extension for Kansas City Southern Railway project in Precinct 1. 33. FACILITIES MANAGEMENT & PLANNING:

Take all appropriate action on Amendment No. 4 to the Lease Agreement between Fort Bend County and the Fort Bend Central Appraisal District.

34. FAIRGROUNDS:

Take all appropriate action on request to transfer the amount of $10,000 from Non-Departmental Contingency into Operating Supplies and Material to allocate funds for air conditioning repairs needed in Building C and in the Club Room at the Fairgrounds.

35. HEALTH & HUMAN SERVICES:

Take all appropriate action on the 1115 Waiver Program funding for demonstration year six (transition year), in the amount of $5,649,979 with an intergovernmental transfer of $2,475,820.77.

36. HUMAN RESOURCES:

A. Take all appropriate action on request to extend an Involuntary Leave of Absence for employee of Road & Bridge, Position No. 6111-0057, for up to six months.

B. Take all appropriate action on the proposed 2017 Holiday Schedule as submitted by Human Resources.

37. LIBRARY:

A. Take all appropriate action on the 2016 Interlibrary Loan Lending Reimbursement Program Grant Agreement for Fort Bend County libraries to receive reimbursement funds for lending library materials to all Texas public, academic and special libraries.

B. Take all appropriate action on the Application to University of North Texas Libraries for Rescuing Texas History grant funds in an amount up to $1,000 for the purpose of digitizing historical information for the Fort Bend County Libraries Genealogy Department, with a County contribution of $606.80, for a total project cost of $1,606.80; and authorize electronic submission of the application. 38. PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION:

A. Take all appropriate action on the Public Transportation Master Grant Agreement for Federal and State Funding to be received from the Texas Department of Transportation; authorize County Judge to execute and Transportation Director to prepare and submit to the Texas Department of Transportation.

B. Take all appropriate action on request to waive the fare for the Richmond - Rosenberg Point Deviation Route from July 26, 2016 through August 22, 2016, and ratify waiving fare for July 18 through July 26, 2016. (Fund: Public Transportation, Grants)

C. Take all appropriate action on request to continue the free Richmond-Rosenberg Recovery Route, from July 18, 2016 through August 22, 2016, and ratify waiving fares for the period of July 18 through July 26, 2016. (Fund: Public Transportation, Grants)

A. Take all appropriate action on request to transfer the amount of $1,500 from Non-Departmental Contingency into Purchasing, Fees, to allocate additional funds necessary for publication of legal notices through September 30, 2016.

F. Take all appropriate action on RFP 16-099 for roof replacement on a section of the County Jail.

40. SHERIFF'S OFFICE:

A. Take all appropriate action on Resolution and Application to the Office of the Governor, Criminal Justice Division, for grant funds in the amount of $42,000 for the Texas Conversion to the National Incident-Based Reporting System for the term of September 1, 2016 through August 31, 2017, with a contribution of $21,940 provided by the Sheriff’s Office for a total cost of $63,940; authorize County Judge to sign all documents pertaining to the application.

B. Take all appropriate action on Modification Number 3 to Award No. G15HN0010A, to receive additional funds in the amount of $6,950.00 from the Executive Office of the President for the High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area (HIDTA) program, for a total award of $1,034,283.84 for use through December 31, 2016, with no cash match required by Fort Bend County.

C. Take all appropriate action on Modification Number 2 to Award No. G16HN0010A, to receive additional funds in the amount of $16,460.00 from the Executive Office of the President for the High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area (HIDTA) program, for a total award of $1,037,616.00 for use through December 31, 2017, with no cash match required by Fort Bend County.

D. Take all appropriate action on Sheriff's Office Application for Participation in the Texas 1033 Military Surplus Property Program, and accept the State Plan of Operations between the State of Texas and Fort Bend County, administered by the Sheriff's Office.
