Conduct public hearing for Foster Crossing Partial Replat No. 1, Precinct 3.

6. OUT-OF-STATE TRAVEL: Approve out-of-state travel requests for County personnel:

A. Take all appropriate action on request for Fort Bend County Historical Commission to redirect $4,000 of the FY16 budgeted funds from the Lamar Homestead Cistern Project to the Mobile App software project. (Fund: Non-Department, Fees)

B. Take all appropriate action to authorize reappraisal of all property damaged in the recent flooding disaster related events as allowed under Section 23.02 of the Texas Tax Code.

Take all appropriate action on refund payments as detailed on Administrator's memo dated June 8, 2016, totaling $10,998.27 to the political subdivisions for over payment of Election Deposits for the May 7, 2016 Joint Election contracted with the Fort Bend County Office of Elections Administration.

A. Take all appropriate action on Interlocal Agreement for City-Managed Mobility Project between Fort Bend County and City of Stafford in an amount not to exceed $200,000 for improvements to Kirkwood Drive, Mobility Bond Project No. 13216, Precinct 2. (Fund: 2013 Mobility Bonds)

B. Take all appropriate action on Interlocal Agreement for City-Managed Mobility Project between Fort Bend County and City of Stafford in an amount not to exceed $350,000 for improvements to Staffordshire Road, Mobility Bond Project No. 13210, Precinct 2. (Fund: 2013 Mobility Bonds)

A. B. Social Services: Take all appropriate action to ratify submission of application due on June 9, 2016, to the Greater Houston Storm Relief Fund in the amount of $250,000.00 to assist Fort Bend County residents with storm relief efforts.

A. Take all appropriate action to waive the fare for the Richmond-Rosenberg point deviation route from June 14-July 15, 2016 and ratify waiving fare on June 13, 2016. (Fund: Public Transportation, Grants)

B. Take all appropriate action on the continuation of a Free, Temporary, Flood Recovery Route from June 14- July 15, 2016, and ratify waiving fares from June 3-June 13, 2016. (Fund: Public Transportation, Grants)

22. PURCHASING:

A. Take all appropriate action on Sixth Amendment to Agreement between Fort Bend County and Innovative Interfaces Inc. dba Polaris Library Systems for additional software licenses, and integrate 3M eBook Cloud Library in an amount not to exceed $12,000. (Fund: Library)

B. Take all appropriate action on RFP 16-087 for roof replacement on section of County Jail.

C. Take all appropriate action on Second Amendment to Master Service Agreement between Fort Bend County and Securus Technologies, Inc., for changes to calling rates of inmate phone system, pursuant to RFP 13-058.

24. Authorize County Auditor to pay and release time-sensitive disbursements on June 23, 2016.

25. Meet in Closed Session to deliberate the following matters as authorized by the Texas Government Code:

A. § 551.071. Consultation With Attorney. Commissioners Court will meet in Closed Session to seek the advice of its attorney about pending or contemplated litigation; a settlement offer; or on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to Commissioners Court under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with Texas Government Code Chapter 551.

B. § 551.072. Deliberation Regarding Real Property. Commissioners Court will meet in Closed Session to deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property if deliberation in an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the position of the governmental body in negotiations with a third person.
