Take all appropriate action on request by D & M Sugar Land Realty LLC, to waive penalty and interest totaling $4,667.90 on property taxes for Tax Year 2015, Precinct 1.

A. Take all appropriate action on request by James Kirkham to waive penalty, interest and collection fees totaling $193.59 on property taxes for Tax Year 2014, Precinct 2.

B. Take all appropriate action on request by Thanh Tran to waive penalty and interest totaling $1,034.31 on property taxes for Tax Year 2015, Precinct 2.

C. Take all appropriate action on request by Yolanda and Krystal Flores to waive penalty and interest totaling $1,654.03 on property taxes for tax years 2011 through 2014, Precinct 2.

B. Take all appropriate action on acceptance of a certain 0.6663 acre tract of land conveyed by Public Road Right-of-Way Dedication from Maxim Production Co., Inc. to Fort Bend County regarding Humphrey Way, and record same in Official Public Records, Precinct 1.

C. Take all appropriate action on acceptance of a certain 0.4407 acre tract of land conveyed by Public Road Right-of-Way Dedication from Maxim Production Co., Inc. to Fort Bend County regarding Humphrey Way, and record same in Official Public Records, Precinct 1.

Clinical Health Services: Take all appropriate action on initiating the Contract with Texas Department of State Health Services for Fort Bend County to receive an allocation of $134,937 for the Tuberculosis Prevention and Control Program with a cash match by the County of twenty percent, or $26,879 for the extended grant period of September 30, 2016 through August 31, 2017. (Fund: Clinical Health Services)

21. HUMAN RESOURCES:

Take all appropriate action on request to reclassify Position Number 5051-0009, in the Purchasing Department, from Quality Assurance Coordinator, Grade 9 of the Administrative Clerical Policy Group, to Buyer I, Grade 8 of the Administrative Clerical Policy Group, effective May 3, 2016.

A. Take all appropriate action on Agreement for Justice Center Phase II Shell Buildout between Fort Bend County and Morganti Texas, Inc., for construction of two (2) courtrooms in Justice Center pursuant to RFP 16-064, in an amount not to exceed $2,538,700. (Fund: Capital Improvement Project)

B. Take all appropriate action on Bid 16-075 for the Construction of Spring Green, Segment 2, Mobility Bond Project No. 13320. (Fund: 2013 Mobility Bonds)
