B. Take all appropriate action on request to temporarily block street access around 507 South Fourth Street, Richmond, Texas, on Saturday, May 28, 2016 from 300 :pm until 5:30 p.m., as detailed on the Special Event Permit filed with the City of Richmond by Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
