22. ENGINEERING:

Take all appropriate action on the Interlocal Lease Agreement between Fort Bend County and the City of Rosenberg for the City to lease the County's facility located at 4336 Hwy 36 South in Rosenberg, Texas to house Fire Station administrative staff during construction of a permanent facility by the City of Rosenberg.

24. HUMAN RESOURCES:

Take all appropriate action on request to reclassify vacant Position No. 4951-0006, in the County Auditor's Office, from Audit Assistant II, Grade 10 of the Administrative Clerical Policy Group to Internal Auditor, Grade 11 of the Professional Management Policy Group, effective January 18, 2016.

25. PURCHASING:

A. Take all appropriate action on Bid 16-041 for Construction of Traffic Signalization to serve the intersection of South Mason Road at Delta Lake Drive.

B. Take all appropriate action on request to terminate Project Management Agreement with Binkley & Barfield, Inc., and authorize contract negotiations with LJA Engineering, Inc. pursuant to SOQ 14-025.

C.
