Take all appropriate action on Contract Number 537-16-0063-00001 between Fort Bend County and the Texas Department of State Health Services for the County Clerk’s Office to access the State System to print abstract birth certificates as requested by customers for births that occurred outside Fort Bend County, effective September 1, 2015 through August 31, 2017 and designate County Judge as the Authorized Official to sign the Agreement.
