C. B. Take all appropriate action on Agreement for Installation, Operation and Maintenance of Dynamic Speed Feedback Signs within Bridlewood Estates Subdivision between Fort Bend County and The Bridlewood Estates Property Owners' Association for the Association to include Dynamic Speed Feedback Signs within the subdivision of Bridlewood Estates, at no additional expense to the County, Precinct 1.

C. Take all appropriate action on Change Order 1 to the Agreement between Fort Bend County and Jerdon Enterprise, L.P. pursuant to Bid 15-064, to increase the contract time by 49 days, for completion of the double turn lane on Fry Road, Precinct 3, by July 30, 2015.

D. Take all appropriate action on payment of Invoice No. 5357-002 (final) in the amount of $51,730.76 to Jerdon Enterprise, L.P. for construction services regarding Double Turn Lanes on Fry Road, Precinct 3. (Fund: Harris-Fort Bend Emergency Service District No. 100)

E. Take all appropriate action on Change Order 2 to the Agreement between Fort Bend County and Rodriguez Construction Group to decrease the scope of services by $61,007.41 for a total contract amount of $1,099,387.29 and increase contract term by 35 days, pursuant to Bid 15-065, regarding Sansbury Boulevard, Mobility Bond Project No. 13111, Precinct 1.

F. Take all appropriate action on Invoice No. 4 (Final) in the amount of $171,273.08 to Rodriguez Construction Group for construction services regarding Sansbury Boulevard, Mobility Bond Project No. 13111, Precinct 1. (Fund: 2013 Mobility Bonds)

FACILITIES MANAGEMENT & PLANNING:

Take all appropriate action on request to transfer the amount of $29,087 from Non-Departmental Contingency into the Justice Center Capital Improvement Project account to allocate funds for the addition of sound masking systems to all jury boxes in courtrooms housed at the Justice Center.

C. F.
