COUNTY JUDGE:

A. Take all appropriate action to establish the regular meeting schedule of Fort Bend County Commissioners Court, pursuant to Local Government Code Section 81.0005(a) for Fiscal Year 2016, meeting every Tuesday except the third and fifth Tuesday of each month, at 1:00 pm. in the Commissioners Courtroom located on the second floor of the Courthouse located at 401 Jackson Street in Richmond, Texas.

B. Take all appropriate action on the proposed Fort Bend County Game Room Regulations as authorized by Chapter 234 of the Local Government Code with effective date of September 8, 2015.

Take all appropriate action on request to submit a letter of interest to U.S. Army Corps of Engineers for Fort Bend County to participate in Planning Assistance to States (PAS) Program grant, specifically for the Brazos River Erosion Mitigation project, with the understanding that if grant funds are received, a local match of fifty percent will be required.

B. Take all appropriate action on request for a variance for the use of a 25 ft. building line in lieu of the 50 ft. building line as stated on the plats of Westpark Meadows Subdivision and Westpark Meadows Subdivision Partial Replat No. 1, Precinct 3.

C. Take all appropriate action on request for variance to the 10 foot landscape reserve requirement as stated in Section 7.3 of the Fort Bend County Regulations of Subdivisions, for Vista Spring Green, on behalf of Vista Spring Green, II, Ltd., Precinct 3.

Take all appropriate action on Interagency Agreement with the Metropolitan Transit Authority of Harris County (METRO) accepting Federal grant funds for the Enhanced Mobility of Seniors and Individuals with Disabilities (5310 Urban Program) in the amount of $1,052,376 with $210,475 in Transportation Development Credits (TDCs) used in lieu of local match.

B. Take all appropriate action on Interlocal Agreement between Fort Bend County and City of Missouri City for Charter Bus Service, contingent upon approval by City of Missouri City.

C. Take all appropriate action on Amendment #01 to Project Grant Agreement PO #5300 from Texas Department of Transportation, adding FY15 Vehicle Revenue Mile and Census Impact funding to the grant for a new Federal total amount of $738,199 with $292,099 in local match funds and $43,145 in Transportation Development Credits (TDCs); and authorize County Judge to sign all documents related to the Agreement.
