Take all appropriate action on the Notice to Proceed for the Intergovernmental Agreement between Fort Bend County and Houston-Galveston Area Council, Contract #TDOT.10.1112-02, regarding expansion of commuter services to the Texas Medical Center, to receive Federal Congestion Mitigation Air Quality (CMAQ) funds in the amount of $108,222; with a local match by Fort Bend County of $27,055 and an anticipated fare revenue of $128,596 for a total contract amount of $263,873 for the period of May 1, 2015 through April 30, 2016. A. Take all appropriate action on First Amendment to Agreement for Construction Services between Fort Bend County and Southern Bleacher Company, pursuant to SOQ 15-036, for additional services in the amount of $76,825; for a total contract amount not to exceed $575,925. (Fund: Fairgrounds)

B. Take all appropriate action on Agreement for Design/Build Generator between Fort Bend County and L.L. & F. Construction Management, Inc. for Water Treatment Plant in Kendleton pursuant to SOQ 15-070. (Fund: Community Development Block Grant)

C. Take all appropriate action on request by the City of Beasley, pursuant to Local Government Code Section 263.152(a)(1), to purchase two (2) surplus/salvageable pickup trucks, from Fort Bend County for a total amount of $3,900.

D. Take all appropriate action on Agreement for Professional Engineering Services for Traffic Analysis between Fort Bend County and TEDSI Infrastructure Group in an amount not to exceed $129,441 pursuant to SOQ 14-025, regarding State Highway 99/Grand Parkway, Mobility Bond Project No. 13319, Precinct 3. (Fund: 2013 Mobility Bonds)

SHERIFF'S OFFICE:
