A. Take all appropriate action on Extension of Local State of Disaster Declaration Order, to extend the local state of disaster ordered for Fort Bend County, Texas, by the County Judge on May 29, 2015, to continue for an additional number of days, or until terminated by order of the Fort Bend County Commissioners Court, as the conditions necessitating a declaration of a local state of disaster continue to exist.

B. Take all appropriate action on Certificate Approving issuance of tax-exempt financing by the City of Houston Higher Education Finance Corporation's Education Revenue and Refunding Bonds for Harmony Public Schools, Series 2015, pursuant to the requirements of a public hearing under Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code, with no financial obligation to Fort Bend County.

Take all appropriate action on Change Order to Intergovernmental Agreement between Fort Bend County and Houston-Galveston Area Council (H-GAC) regarding the Fort Bend County Major Thoroughfare Plan, to increase the amount by $36,930 for a total contract amount not to exceed $286,930 and to extend the performance period by 120 calendar days for a completion date of December 31, 2015.

C. Take all appropriate action on Amendment to Agreement for Major Thoroughfare Plan Update between Fort Bend County and Traffic Engineers, Inc., pursuant to SOQ 13-060, for additional services in the amount of $36,930; for a total contract amount not to exceed $286,930 regarding the Major Thoroughfare Plan Update. D. Take all appropriate action on request to transfer the amount of $7,386 from Non-Departmental Contingency into Engineering, Grants, to allocate funds required for the County's portion of the amended Agreement for updating the Major Thoroughfare Plan.

E. Take all appropriate action on request for temporary road closure of Morton Road, pursuant to Section 251.011 of the Texas Transportation Code, from Harlem Road to West Bellfort, during construction of Mobility Bond Project 741; closure from June 5, 2015 until construction is completed, Precincts 3 and 4.
