C. Clinical Health Services: Take all appropriate action on application to the Texas Department of State Health Services for grant funding in the amount of $56,182 for Regional and Local Public Health Services, with no cash match required by Fort Bend County for the period of September 1, 2015 through August 31, 2017.

D. E. Take all appropriate action on Fourth Addendum to Software and Maintenance Agreement between Fort Bend County and Trapeze Software Group, Inc. for an amount not to exceed $12,800 regarding Novus, Demand Response, and Flex refresher training for Public Transportation. C. Take all appropriate action on Amendment Number 1 to the Intergovernmental Cooperative Reimbursement Agreement between Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) and Fort Bend County, Contract Number 582-14-40128 to receive additional grant funds in the amount of $134,995.60 for a total of $212,399,60 for Local Initiative Projects regarding the Low Income Vehicle Repair Assistance, Retrofit, and Accelerated Vehicle Retirement Program with no additional funds required by the county (LIRAP).
