					Office of Emergency Management: Krista Whitehead to Denver, Colorado, September 20-25, 2015, to attend International Association of Crime Analysts (IACA) Training Conference. (Fund: Urban Area Security Initiative Grant)
7.					BUDGET & FINANCE/BUDGET TRANSFERS:
	A.				Budget Office: Approve transfer in the amount of $923,344 as detailed on Director's form dated April 30, 2015, pursuant to FY 2015 Second Quarter salary audit.
	B.				Facilities Management & Planning: Approve transfer in the amount of $5,310 from Capital Acquisitions into Fees to allocate funds into correct account for Meeting Room Manager software.
	C.				Facilities Management & Planning - Maintenance: Approve transfer in the amount of $5,655 as detailed on Director's form dated April 24, 2015 to allocate funds for temporary general laborer while looking to fill full-time position.
	D.				Facilities Management & Planning - Operations: Approve transfer in the amount of $3,389 as detailed on Director's form dated April 27, 2015 to allocate funds for temporary clerical assistance while employee is absent on leave.
	E.				Information Technology: Approve transfer in the amount of $7,200 as detailed on Director form dated April 28, 2015 to combine project accounts and allocate funds for the purchase of additional software for the County network.
	F.				Road & Bridge: Approve transfer in the amount of $241,856 as detailed on Budget Director's form dated April 29, 2015, pursuant to FY 2015 Second Quarter salary audit.
	G.				Sheriff's Office - Detention: Approve transfer in the amount of $200,000 from Salaries into Overtime to reallocate funds necessary for overtime incurred and anticipated through September 30, 2015.
	H.				Sheriff's Office: Approve transfer in the amount of $11,000 from Federal Forfeited Assets, Contingency, into line items detailed on Sheriff's form dated April 30, 2015, to allocate funds for upfitting of new vehicle.

10.					HEALTH & HUMAN SERVICES:
					Clinical Health: Ratify acceptance of additional funds from the Texas Department of State Health Services in the amount of $36,736 for a total of $146,943 in federal funding for the FY 2015 Tuberculosis Prevention and Control Program, and extend the term of the Contract through December 31, 2015.
11.					OFFICE OF EMERGENCY  MANAGEMENT:
					Approve the 2015 Annual Inventory Control Certification Form for submittal to the Texas Department of Public Safety Homeland Security State Administrative Agency to certify Fort Bend County's eligibility to participate in the 2015 Homeland Security Grant Program.
12.					PURCHASING:
					Authorize advertising for bids for LED display sign for the George Memorial Library.
13.					ROAD & BRIDGE:
	A.				Approve payment of Invoice No. 1505 in the amount of $25,271.50 to EPIC Transportation Group, LP for engineering services regarding ADA improvements to three intersections along Cinco Ranch Boulevard, Pct. 3. (Fund: Road & Bridge, Traffic Signals)
	B.				Approve payment of Invoice No. 1511 in the amount of $768.00 to EPIC Transportation Group, LP for Traffic Signal Design at the intersection of Falcon Landing Boulevard and Spring Green Boulevard, Pct. 3. (Fund: Road & Bridge, Traffic Signals)
	C.				Approve payment of Invoice #20152294 in the amount of $3,024.04 to TEDSI Infrastructure Group for Traffic Signal Timing Services at various locations in the County. (Fund: Road & Bridge, Traffic Signals)
14.					COUNTY JUDGE:
					Take all appropriate action on Application and Resolution to the Texas Indigent Defense Commission for grant funding in the amount of $20,000 to support a Veterans Court Program in FY 2016 with no additional funds required by Fort Bend County, and authorize County Judge to sign all documents pertaining to the application.
15.					COMMISSIONER, PCT. 1:
					Take all appropriate action on request by Rosenberg Masonic Lodge #881 to waive the rental fee for use of the midway parking lot area at the Fairgrounds for their event held March 14-15, 2015.
16.					AUDITOR:
					Take all appropriate action on request to authorize funding in an amount not to exceed $111,950 from employee benefits for programs and equipment to facilitate utilization of the fitness facility at the Gus George Law Enforcement Academy.
17.					ENGINEERING:
	A.				Take all appropriate action for temporary daytime road closure of Golfview Drive, Phase II Project during construction. The closure date is May 6, 2015 and will remain closed as needed until construction is completed, Precinct 1.
	B.				Take all appropriate action on acceptance of a 0.216 acre tract of real property by Donation Deed from Rudolfo Sutuj Pichiya and Alberto Sutuj Pichiya for right-of-way to McFarlane Road and record same in Official Public Records, Precinct 1.
18.					HEALTH & HUMAN SERVICES:
	A.				Animal Services: Take all appropriate action on request to authorize short-term, special event reduced fee adoptions.
	B.				Animal Services: Take all appropriate action on request to authorize use of the Fort Bend County Animal Services logo by the organization Saving Our Companion Animals - Fort Bend County (SOCA) together with the SOCA logo on promotional materials for the benefit of the animals held at the Fort Bend County shelter.
19.					MENTAL HEALTH PUBLIC DEFENDER:
					Take all appropriate action on Application and Resolution to the Texas Indigent Defense Commission for a multi-year discretionary grant in the amount of $783,346 with a cash match of $195,837 provided by Fort Bend County for a total program cost of $979,183 to support a Public Defender Program, and authorize County Judge to sign all documents pertaining to the application.
20.					PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION:
	A.				Take all appropriate action on Amendment to Interlocal Cooperation Contract for Downtown Houston Transit Options Study between Fort Bend County and Texas A & M Transportation Institute to extend the term of the Agreement until December 31, 2015, with no change in funding.
	B.				Take all appropriate action on Amendment to Interlocal Cooperation Contract for Revenue Research and Analysis Study between Fort Bend County and Texas A & M Transportation Institute to extend the term of the Agreement until December 31, 2015, with no change in funding.
21.					PURCHASING:
	A.				Take all appropriate action on Agreement for Professional Engineering Services - Design between Fort Bend County and IDC, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $2,165,059 pursuant to SOQ 07-080 regarding the final design of FM 2759 /FM 762 (Crabb River Road), Mobility Bond Project No. X28, Precinct 1, and authorize funding for the Agreement from Commissioners Court Projects ($1,665,059) and Non-Departmental Contingency ($500,000).
	B.				Take all appropriate action on Agreement for Professional Engineering Services between Fort Bend County and Terra Associates, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $17,500 pursuant to SOQ 14-025 regarding construction phase services for Sansbury Boulevard, Mobility Bond Project No. 13111, Precinct 1. (Fund: 2013 Mobility Bonds)
	C.				Take all appropriate action on Agreement for Professional Engineering Services between Fort Bend County and Professional Service Industries, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $30,955 pursuant to SOQ 14-025, regarding construction materials testing for Sansbury Boulevard, Mobility Bond Project No. 13111, Precinct 1. (Fund: 2013 Mobility Bonds)
	D.				Take all appropriate action on Agreement for Professional Engineering Services between Fort Bend County and Cobb, Fendley & Associates, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $518,474 pursuant to SOQ 14-025, regarding Gaston Road, Segment 1, Mobility Bond Project No. 13311, Precinct 3. (Fund: 2013 Mobility Bonds)
22.					Approve Bills.
23.					WORKSHOP:
					Engineering: Receive presentation regarding MyPermitNow process to be implemented by the Engineering Department on May 13, 2015.
24.					Meet in Closed Session to deliberate the following matters as authorized by the Texas Government Code:
	A.				§ 551.071. Consultation With Attorney. Commissioners Court will meet in Closed Session to seek the advice of its attorney about pending or contemplated litigation; a settlement offer; or on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to Commissioners Court under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with Texas Government Code Chapter 551.

	B.				§ 551.072. Deliberation Regarding Real Property.  Commissioners Court will meet in Closed Session to deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property if deliberation in an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the position of the governmental body in negotiations with a third person.
