FORT BEND COUNTY TOLL ROAD AUTHORITY: The Board of Directors of the Fort Bend County Toll Road Authority reviewed these items at their regular meeting held on April 15, 2015, and makes the following recommendations to Commissioners Court:

A. Take all appropriate action to adopt an Amended and Restated Order Establishing a Toll Rate Schedule for the Fort Bend County Toll Road System.

B. Authorize termination of Agreement for the Joint Construction, Maintenance and Operation of the Fort Bend Parkway Toll Road and the Agreement for the Joint Construction, Maintenance and Operation of the Fort Bend Westpark Extension Toll Road with Harris County upon completion of toll system conversion project.

FORT BEND GRAND PARKWAY TOLL ROAD AUTHORITY: The Board of Directors of the Fort Bend Grand Parkway Toll Road Authority reviewed these items at their regular meeting held on April 15, 2015, and makes the following recommendations to Commissioners Court:

A. Take all appropriate action on Amended and Restated Order Establishing a Toll Rate Schedule for the Fort Bend County Toll Road System.

B. Take all appropriate action on Reimbursement Agreement between Fort Bend County and Fort Bend Grand Parkway Toll Road Authority related to Grand Parkway Improvements.

N. Take all appropriate action on Amendment to Agreement for Professional Property Acquisition Services between Fort Bend County and Percheron Field Services, LLC. to increase the scope of services by $10,000 for a total contract amount not to exceed $50,620 for right of way services, and to extend the contract period to no later than September 30, 2015, regarding Congestion Mitigation, Mobility Bond Project No. X23, Precinct 3. SHERIFF'S OFFICE:

A. Take all appropriate action on Application to Texas State Texas School Safety Center to receive grant funds for assistance in the enforcement of Health & Safety laws regarding the sale of tobacco to minors for FY 2016, September 1, 2015 through August 21, 2016, and authorize the County Judge to sign all documents.

B. Take all appropriate action on request to ratify electronic submission of the State Criminal Alien Assistance Program (SCAAP) grant application by the County Auditor for FY 2015.

C. Take all appropriate action on Modification Number 2 to Award No. G14HN0010A, to receive additional funds in the amount of $173,063.73 from the Office of National Drug Control Policy for the High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area (HIDTA) program, for a total award of $734,649.73 with no cash match required by Fort Bend County for the period of January 1, 2014 through December 31, 2015.

D. Take all appropriate action on Modification Number 2 to Award No. G15HN0010A, to receive additional funds in the amount of $443,084 from the Office of National Drug Control Policy for the High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area (HIDTA) program, for a total award of $1,007,717 with no cash match required by Fort Bend County for the period of January 1, 2015 through December 31, 2016.

E. Take all appropriate action on Vehicle Use Agreement between Fort Bend County and the National Insurance Crime Bureau for the Sheriff's Office to lease a vehicle for law enforcement use.

F. Take all appropriate action on Agreement for Adult Basic Education Services between Fort Bend County and Wharton County Junior College effective through December 31, 2015.

G. Take all appropriate action on request for variance to the Fort Bend County Travel Policy, to authorize payment to Hilton Dallas Lincoln Center in the amount of $466.80 for hotel accommodations purchased that were not within the guidelines detailed in the Fort Bend County Travel Policy. H.
