Fort Bend County Drainage District

1. Call to Order. 2. Approve transfer in the amount of $355,000 as detailed on the Auditor's form dated January 28, 2015 to allocate fiscal year 2014 surplus funds into Drainage projects. 3. Approve transfer in the amount of $58,698 as detailed on Budget Director's form dated January 27, 2015 pursuant to FY 2015 First Quarter salary audit. 4. Take all appropriate action on Lease Agreement between Fort Bend County Drainage District and Fort Bend Community Revitalization Projects for lease of property pursuant to RFP 15-041. 5. Take all appropriate action on acceptance of a Drainage District Right of Way Easement for Willow Fork of Buffalo Bayou within the Robert T. Van Slyke Survey, Abstract 395, and the W. W. COUNTY JUDGE:

Take all appropriate action on Application to the Texas Indigent Defense Commission for grant funding in the amount of $20,000 to support a veterans court program for one year with no additional funds required by Fort Bend County, and authorize County Judge to sign all documents pertaining to the application.

ENGINEERING:

A. Take all appropriate action on Houston-Galveston Area Council General Provisions Intergovernmental Agreement with Fort Bend County to receive grant funding in the amount of $79,050 regarding Hazardous Household Waste Collection events, with a cash match by Fort Bend County of $28,000 for the period of September 1, 2014 through June 30, 2015. (Fund: Engineering, Grant/Project Allocations)

B. Take all appropriate action on temporary road closure of Golfview Drive, Phase II Project during construction; closure from January 21, 2015 until construction is completed, Precinct 1.

HEALTH & HUMAN SERVICES:

Social Services: Take all appropriate action on request to submit proposal to the George Foundation, for grant funding in an amount not to exceed $190,000 for use over a two year period for the County to serve as the collaborative fiscal agent of program entitled The Art of Collaboration, a data collection and information sharing system for various Fort Bend non-profit organizations.

OFFICE OF EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT:

Take all appropriate action on Property Transfer Record Agreements between Fort Bend County and the following entities to transfer equipment (Motorola mobile and portable radios) purchased with 2014 Homeland Security Grant Program Urban Area Security Initiative funds from the County to the following: Fresno Volunteer Fire Department; Northeast Fort Bend County Volunteer Fire Department; Fairchilds Voluteer Fire Department; Beasley Volunteer Fire Department; Fulshear Volunteer Fire Department; Needville Volunteer Fire Department; Pleak Volunteer Fire Department; Pecan Grove Volunteer Fire Department; Orchard Volunteer Fire Department; Thompsons Volunteer Fire Department; and Willow Fork Volunteer Fire Department.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION:

Take all appropriate action on grant application to the Texas Department of Transportation for Fiscal Year 2015 Rural Discretionary funding to construct the Public Transportation Department Administrative/Operating facility, Mobility Bond Project No. 13406, and authorize County Judge to sign all documents pertaining to the application.

A. Take all appropriate action on Second Amendment to Agreement for SH 36A Development Corridor Business Plan between Fort Bend County and Texas Economics & Management Systems, Inc., for an amount not to exceed $600,000; total contract amount not to exceed $663,000; Mobility Bond Project No. 13301. (Fund: 2013 Mobility Bonds)

B. Take all appropriate action on First Amendment to Agreement for Janitorial Services for Justice Center between Fort Bend County and McLemore Building Maintenance per Request for Proposal 11-050 for an annual amount not to exceed $235,800. (Fund: Facilities, Custodial)

C. Take all appropriate action on Fourth Renewal of Agreement for Drug Testing Systems between Fort Bend County and Redwood Toxicology Laboratory, Inc. pursuant to Request for Proposal 11-073 for an annual amount not to exceed $300,000. (Fund: Juvenile, Operating)

D. Take all appropriate action on Change Order 2 to the Agreement between Fort Bend County and Gonzalez Construction Enterprise, Inc., to increase the scope of services by $1,249.07 for a total contract amount not to exceed $1,674,133.00, pursuant to Bid 14-017, regarding Mason Road, Phase 3, Mobility Bond Project No. 735b, Precinct 4. (Fund: 2007 Mobility Bonds)
