A. Fred & Mabel R. Parks Youth Ranch, Inc. in the amount of $52,614 to operate a youth shelter for homeless and at risk youth;

B. Blessed Be Hope For Three, Inc. in the amount of $18,000 to administer a program that provides access to physical, occupational, behavioral and speech therapy programs for children with autism;

C. The Arc of Fort Bend County in the amount of $27,850 to provide social and recreational activities for program participants;

D. City of Rosenberg in the amount of $210,000 for the construction of a water line;

E. City of Kendleton in the amount of $76,050 for the purchase and installation of a 75 to 150 k.w. generator for the City of Kendleton water plant located on Willie Melton Blvd;

F. Brazos Bend Guardianship Services in the amount of $30,000 to provide care management services to incapacitated, disabled adults and their families in Fort Bend County;

G. Fort Bend County Municipal Utility District No. 19 in the amount of $220,000 for phase 3 of the water distribution system improvements.

ELECTIONS ADMINISTRATION:

Take all appropriate action to canvass the results of the December 6, 2014 Special Election to fill the unexpired term in Senate District 18.

Take all appropriate action on request for a one-time exception to Policy 513 of the Employee Information Manual, specifically Section 513.06, Vacation Accrual Limit, for certain employees of Emergency Medical Service.

Take all appropriate action on request to transfer the amount of $25,000 from FY 2015 Non-Departmental Contingency into General Fund Juvenile Operating Fees, to allocate funds for consultant services for a Facility Needs Assessment for the Juvenile Probation/Detention Facility, which was approved by the Fort Bend County Juvenile Board on October 8, 2014.

B. Take all appropriate action on grant award from Houston Endowment Foundation, Inc., for the Juvenile Probation Department to accept $225,000 over a period of three years to fund an Early Intervention Truancy Prevention Program and to provide essential parent training, with no cash match required by the County for the period of January 1, 2015 through January 31, 2017, to be ratified by the Juvenile Board at their next meeting.
