Take all appropriate action on Invoice Transmittal to Fort Bend County Engineering Recycling Center for an amount totaling $410.00 to replace stolen cash and check for September 18-22, 2014 and a shortage on September 23, 2014 from the recycling center totaling $410.00 as follows: replace the stolen cash of $396.00 and one stolen $10.00 check for September 18, 2014; September 22, 2014 and $4.00 cash shortage for September 23, 2014 in order to recognize the total revenue received by the Recycling Center on those dates. C. Take all appropriate action on Permanent Easement Agreement granting a 0.09 acre permanent easement area and a 0.14 acre temporary workspace area to Enterprise Crude Pipeline, LLC for installation of pipeline, and record same in Official Public Records of Fort Bend County, Texas, Precinct 1.

A. Take all appropriate action on Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement for Professional Engineering Services between Fort Bend County and Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam, Inc., (LAN) to provide surveying work in an amount not to exceed $5,000 for a total project amount not to exceed $243,000 regarding design and construction documents for the Combined Heat and Power Plant for the Fort Bend County Jail, and authorize funding from FY 2015 Commissioners Court Projects.

B. Take all appropriate action on request for FY 2015 transfer in the amount of $5,000 as detailed on Director's form dated October 9, 2014 to allocate funds for survey services regarding the proposed Combined Heat and Power (CHP) Plant for the Fort Bend County Jail.
