Take all appropriate action on request to purchase seven (7) replacement vehicles for the Drainage District, as indicated on the Order form, pursuant to Bid 15-028, and approved in FY 2015 budget. 3. Take all appropriate action on request to transfer the amount of $8,785 from FY 2015 Drainage District, Contingency, into Capital Acquisitions to allocate additional funds needed for the purchase of seven (7) replacement vehicles due to bid cost exceeding budgeted amount. 4. Adjournment.
