Take all appropriate action on Agreement between Fort Bend County and Neighborhood Centers, Inc. for Youth Work Experience, to provide summer job experience for eligible youth through Workforce Solutions effective June 23 through August 31, 2014, at no cost to the County.

B. Take all appropriate action on Addendum Service Orders 22 and 23 to the Master Networking Service Addendum between Fort Bend County and Phonoscope, Inc., pursuant to Request For Proposal 10-086 for Ethernet Service, to add service at Mustang Community Center and Fifth Street Community Center for an annual fee of $11,390. (Fund: Information Technology)

C. Take all appropriate action on 30 day cancellation request of lease agreement for food cart service at Justice Center, from Great Harvest Bread Company, pursuant to RFP 14-018.

D. Take all appropriate action on request to purchase Panasonic Toughbook mobile computers and accessories for Vehicle Maintenance from ARC, Austin Ribbon Company, utilizing Department of Information Resources Agreement DIR-TSO-2520 effective June 11, 2014 through September 30, 2014. (Fund: Fleet Management)

E. Take all appropriate action on revisions to the Fort Bend County Public Transportation Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program.

F. Take all appropriate action on Agreement between Fort Bend County and Bass Construction Co., Inc., for construction of Pedestrian Plaza, pursuant to RFP 14-050, in an amount not to exceed $653,000. (Fund: Capital Improvement Project, Pedestrian Plaza)

G. Take all appropriate action on renewal of Service Agreement subscription between Fort Bend County and Gartner, Inc., utilizing State of Texas Department of Information Resources Contract DIR-TSO-2531 in an amount not to exceed $77,000. (Fund: Information Technology)
